I work closely with sellers to make sure their property is positioned correctly from the very beginning. Pricing matters, and I believe it needs to be realistic and well considered rather than inflated just to win instructions.

I’m directly involved in structuring land and development deals, assessing feasibility, planning risk, and commercial return. Much of my work centres on projects where experience, negotiation, and judgement make a measurable difference to the outcome.
